Question 1

What is the typical lead time from order to arrival in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

14-18 days total is typical: 4-7 days for production, stuffing and Indian customs clearance, then 7-10 days sea transit Nhava Sheva to Jebel Ali. Urgent orders with existing stock can ship within 4 days of PO.

Question 2

Are all products Halal certified for the UAE market?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every dairy and food product we supply to the UAE carries valid Halal certification from recognised Indian certifying bodies accepted by UAE authorities. Certificates are included in every shipment's export documentation pack.

Question 3

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for UAE shipments?

Accepted Answer

MOQ starts at 1 pallet per SKU for most items. A mixed 20ft reefer can hold 10 pallets, so small UAE distributors often combine 4-6 SKUs in one container. For full-container single-SKU buyers, 40ft HC reefer pricing is more economical.

Question 4

Which INCOTERMs do you support for UAE shipments?

Accepted Answer

FOB Nhava Sheva, CIF Jebel Ali, and DAP to your UAE warehouse are all available. Most first-time buyers choose CIF for simplicity; repeat importers with their own forwarder prefer FOB.

Question 5

What payment terms do you accept for UAE buyers?

Accepted Answer

TT 100% in advance is standard for first orders. From the third repeat order, we typically offer 30% advance + 70% against BL copy, or LC at sight. For established importers with 12+ months history, limited credit terms can be discussed.

Question 6
